Hello!

My name is Page.

My journey into art was quite serendipitous.  I picked up the paintbrush one day and to my surprise discovered I could paint and that I really enjoyed the creative process!  I am a self-taught artist living in Connecticut and have been creating art now for about 5 years, working mainly in acrylics and my work tends to be quite whimsical!

Painting allows me the creative escape from the outside pressures of life and nothing is more calming than picking up the paintbrush and focusing in on what is inspiring in the moment.  I often find that my best ideas for other areas of my life occur in these tranquil moments, when I am lost in the world of creativity.  My inspiration comes from a variety of sources, but I love nature and animals, so often my inspiration often comes from these areas.  But sometimes, I just have the urge to strike out in a different direction, so at times you may just find the oddball piece that is quite unexpected!   Through my inspiration, I hope to inspire others.
